Approval of the terms and conditions listed here is required before sending.
After receipt of the payment the customer will receive a written confirmation from the organizer to his email address.

As the customer, you are responsible for any loss of admission tickets.
In this case we assume no liability. No free replacement cards can be provided. Claims for damages resulting from lost tickets cannot therefore be accepted by us. Tickets may not be misused, copied or altered. Such action constitutes a criminal offence.
By using the admission authorisation, the user also expressly accepts the house rules of the event and accommodation location.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”15″][vc_custom_heading text=”Event cancellation, changes, refunds” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]In case of cancellation of the festival, the ticket(s) can be returned for refund up to 60 days after the originally planned end of the event on the way(s) on which it was purchased. We reserve the right to make changes to the line-up or programme (dance teachers, workshops, shows, etc.). In the event of cancellation, postponement, programme or cast changes, no expenses (e. g. travel, hotel, advance booking or processing fees) will be reimbursed. In such cases, the Organiser shall bear the liability, not PACKNDANCE.
Cancellation of the festival due to force majeure does not entitle the festival to refund the payments made. In this case, the organizer is not obligated to pay back any money.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”15″][vc_custom_heading text=”Liability” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]The registrant and each participant expressly acknowledges that neither the organiser nor Pack&Dance assumes any liability and that he/she attends the workshops, seminars and evening events within the framework of the event at his/her own risk.
